Realtime Shadows with Shadow Mapping


These are realtime shadows i generated using shadow mapping, i used perspective projected depth buffer to generate point light shadows.

The light sampler uses an adaptive shadow bias to eliminate shadow acne at angles close to the floor. 

The sampler uses a PCF (percentage-closer filtering method) that samples adjacent depth map locations for smooth shadows.

You can see the depth buffer in the lower right corner of the video.
